Welcome to the fun and excitement of the Kehl Spring Recitals! This is your dancer’s opportunity to show off everything they’ve worked so hard on all year! The recital is a wonderful experience that can be shared with friends and family.

Dress rehearsal is at Waunakee High School located at 301 Community Dr, Waunakee. Classes will be held Monday-Thursday in Waunakee and Middleton the week of the rehearsal and shows.
We Honor Your Time!
All of our dancers get a chance to rehearse their dance(s) on stage at the Waunakee Community High School PAC. Attendance is important, as it helps everyone feel confident and comfortable before the show. Dancers wear their costumes, makeup, and do their hair just as though the rehearsal is the actual show.
The complete dress rehearsal schedule will be posted in March. Dancers will receive a personalized rehearsal schedule. Each group spends between 3 and 5 minutes on stage; therefore, it is extremely important to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled dance and report to changing area to check in. Once you are done rehearsing, you are free to go!
In March, your rehearsal schedule can be found by using the Parent Login. Choose View Performances from the main menu and look at the Performance Notes column.
Rehearsal is a great opportunity for parents to take pictures and video of their dancers on stage and in costume! In addition to our parent photographers, professional photos are taken during our dress rehearsals. Check out last year’s rehearsal photos!
A few rules from the theater…
No food, gum, or beverages allowed in the dressing rooms or auditorium. Water bottles only.
No running or balls allowed in the hallways. Good thing it’s not basketball!
Children that are not dancing must be with a parent or other adult.
Do not block the aisles in the theater.
Tap shoes may NOT be worn in the hallways or common areas. Tile floors are extremely slippery in tap shoes and it is our goal to keep our dancers safe. Dancers should carry their tap shoes and put them on backstage.
